Shorting against the box an boxing a short are two entirely different things Shorting against the box is when you hold restricted shares or warrants and short against shares you will one day recieve. This is common amongst PR companies that get paid in restricted stock. Shorting 101 is now dismissed And if you meant a short one in the box, I've NEVER had that problem. ;-) Long Bear Silver
