Jim, Since I've been interested in RAL I've tried to investigate Energizer's presence whenever I'm in a retail outlet, which (thankfully) isn't often. From what I've gathered, Duracell certainly - and perhaps even Rayovac - have them beat on the distribution front. Sometimes I can't even find an energizer. Duracell's have displays all over the place. On another topic. Good writeup in the WSJ on Boeing's new CFO. Apparently the first person in a while to bring fiscal responsibility to the company. The article mentions how she was commended by many managers at a retreat for explaining the finances to them. Seems often they didn't even know the margins on the planes they were selling. Focus had recently been on building great planes, not enhancing shareholder value. It seems she's bringing a new awareness to bear. FWIW. Things seem to be coming somewhat together for BA. Alot of reason to expect change. Shane
