Guilty or not, I think this stock is going to twist in the wind for the near future. When you're holding the stock, it's hard to rational about the situation. But I think the reality is, there's just NO REASON to buy this stock right now--there's a bull market going on, and just too many other good opportunities to invest your $$$ elsewhere. Why buy into a potential lawsuit and fraud possibilities? The stock is at 26X forward projected earnings...which might be fairly attractive IF all this other crap wasn't going...but it is. I've read the last 25-30 posts, and I hear people planning to HOLD, and I hear people planning to SELL, but ZERO buyers! It's not looking good for the "home team".
