This seller isn't an insider. They were participants in last March's 3.1 million dollar private placement. They got their shares REALLY cheap. It's the beginning of a new tax year. The stock is up. *They sold. It's an inconsequential matter. Plus, they have warrants to buy more - so the investor remains well-positioned to benefit from the company's future prosperity. Some of the authors here have expressed negative impressions about the company. I firmly believe these impressions are incorrect. For the patient investor, there is substantial wealth building potential here. I am expecting a lot. Ed Ryder
