Victor:

Regarding the lawsuit thing....just a little over-reaction to all these silly conspiracies about my motivations...however..getting into the legal mumbo jumbo about where freedom of speech ends and libel begins really isn't worth the effort here...but you really can't run around making false claims to cast aspersions...

I apologize....But the one thing I learned about the PNLK run in the spring was to always not get greedy and take out my "costs" on runs and sell into big gaps.. In the spring I was loyal to the bitter end and instead of $180,000 profits, I ended up with losses.

I react to what is happening....I do not trade enough volume in PNLk to effect its intraday trading.

Now I've learned from PNL so recently with DBCC..I covered my costs, took profits and advised others to do so, even though I still supported DBCC on its decline...

Simple rules I've established for myself are take costs betw. 100% to 150% profit especially on days with opening gaps over 30%....

By costs...I mean the amount of my original investment...

So for example say I bought 100 @ $1 or $100...when the stock runs to $2 ...I sell 50 for my original "cost" of $100 ....I still have 50 "free shares"....I'm not divested...I'm just playing it safe.

Why this makes so many lather is besides me...The topic is still PNLK...If people want to dismiss the DD I've contributed and talk about silly things like stock splits (which at this time for PNL would be completely absurd), I guess it is somebody else problem...not mine...

Anyway this is a re-post of a re-post of a re-post that I thought was interesting that nobody else wishes to discuss....so again here it goes......

I found this on AT&T & trade which may suggest something regarding the nature of the partnership is one not only of services, but also one of "support" and access to a network of pre-existing databases pertaining to trade that would give PNL a major advantage over any potential "competitors". However, no one else seemed to make the "connection" (pun intended). Again, my basis from making these "conclusions" are merely intuition and conjecture. I have no "inside" information.

"AT&T and several multinational corporations operate ''The Export
Hotline,'' a fax information retrieval system designed to help U.S.
companies learn about worldwide markets. The database contains up-to-
date information on 50 key industries in 78 countries; it can be
accessed from anywhere in the United States 24 hours a day
. Companies can find out how to use the service by calling 1-800-USA-XPORT (1-800- 872-9767), toll-free. The only expense for users is the cost of the fax calls. The AT&T hotline complements the U.S. Department of Commerce's Trade Information Center (1-800-USA-TRADE), which offers one-on-one attention
