LONG TIME no COMMUNICATE!!

Wow--sorry about not being in touch for so long. But, here are some stocks I am watching and buying.

1. QNTM--$38 x 1/4 This is my favorite long term core hold of 1997. Target on this one is $50-$60 in 1997. It is worth your time to do some research on this one and understand and grasp the quarter that this company just had. A buy on dips--this one is going alot higher.
I will issue a full report soon on all the things that seem to be going so well at Quantum.

Some other stocks I am wathcing with interest:

2. HAHO--Harmony Holdings $2 1/32. Market cap on this one is $13.6 Million--fiscal sales are around $56 Million. This is an advertising agency out of California that does big time commercials. Way undervalued here--saw a little action Friday on volume of 172k--and got a buy rating from a Hollywood Newsletter. Worth watching.

3. QSYS--Quad Systems $12 1/2. Bigtime breakout Friday on volume and upticks. Trying to pull some research on this one.

4. ALMI--Alpha Microsystems $1 3/4. This little doggie ran up to $5 last year--seems to be gaining some attention volume wise.

5. IFMX--Earnings out Tuesday, sold off hard late Friday to $20 7/8--almost a buy here but it would be even better to get it under $20 if some weak hands get shaken out.

6. NOVL--Under heavy accumulation--Lots of 50k lots on the offer and it seems to be either back in favor or a legitamite takeover story.

All networking stocks--CSCO, COMS, ASND--There is a trade show in DC I think Mon-Wed for the big networking stocks. And, with CSCO reporting earnings Tuesday after the bell--well it could be a big week for these.

Some bargains last week I picked up:

APCC at $22--closed the week at $26 7/8
COMS at $61 1/4--closed the week at $67
CSCO at $66 3/4--closed the week at $69 5/8
TXN--bought in at $62 1/2 the day before earnings--hit $80 1/2 Friday

More later,
Mills :-)
