Ram, Looking at a chart of INVX, INVX's price looks to be forming a pennant (We're a little short of a true "gap up" on the initial day). The pennant's arm was an upside move previously which suggests that he next move when it comes will more likely be to the upside than the downside.... Sincerely, Doug F.
