This is from a newsletter I and some of you guys receive called Perspectives. KRT (VSE) - our original feature had this stock headed for $0.40 before finding some difficulty. That has proven to be pretty accurate as the stock bumped up to $0.42 this morning before coming off and closing at $0.34. Good things coming, but it will take time for this stock to clean itself out. We'd be sellers today simply out of impatience.
