SINGAPORE - January 28, 1998 Creative is rumored to announce another special dividend of US$0.70 during their December quarter CC. Accordingly to VERY UNRELIABLE source, the company will return all the profit make during this quarter which are expected to hit US$65 million in the form of another special dividend. This work out to be about US$0.70 dividend per share. Accordingly to the same EVEN MORE UNRELIABLE source, company official agreed totally with the dooms day view of the investing community on Creaf. To quote one ANALyst "while strong results from Creative this weekend are almost a foregone conclusion, the longer term outlook for the company is murky". "Since Creative future is one BIG question mark" as quoted by another ANALyst, Creative felt that with their already US$400+ million cash in bank, what is the point of accumulate more cash to grew this stinging #$&@*% business. We might as well give the profit back to the shareholders every quarter." The board will vote soon to return all future quarter profit in the form of special dividend. (How is that for long term shareholder value)
It was learned that Creative also agreed with the market perception that it only deserved a ridiculous low single digit share price. To help to achieve this objective, PR learned that Creaf will install an automatic share split program, whenever Creaf price hit US$15, it will split and promptly drive creaf back to the single digit zone. PR thinks this is a win win solution that make everybody happy, it will reward the believer and please the skeptics as then Creaf price will be in the single digit territory most of the time"
We are finally seeing Creaf listening and reacting to what the street WANT "a single digit price for Creaf." If creaf cannot grew the price vertically, then do it horizentally by splitting. F*%K those fund manager if they cannot buy penny stocks.
