Excellent observation, Sly. Its was Dec. 9 the "within 60 days" was mentioned. 60 days, as pointed out on the thread, is Feb. 6, a Saturday [market closed]. Options start trading on Friday, Feb. 5, so something about the IPO does appear to be announced either the 4th or before the market opens the 5th.

One question: Who decides if there can be options on a company? Is this the kind of thing NAVR itself decides can be done?

I know very little about options, being the straight stock type, which is the reason I'm asking.

Lynn
