per Briefing.com: Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) 335 7/8: according to the Wall Street Journal, Internet portal and search is said to be in discussions to acquire GeoCities (GCTY 75) in a deal valued at around $2.3 bln; according to CNBC, Yahoo! will offer 0.3384 shares for each GeoCities share.
