A stock swap deal. Yhoo to issue .3384 shares of Yhoo common for each share of GCTY. All outstanding GCTY options will convert to YHOO options. At YHOO premarket bid of $345x.3384=$116.75/GCTY share. GCTY current premarket bid =$108.5 and climbing now $111.......... Shares outstanding =31,450,000. Float=4,800,000.
