Here are a couple of items from the EUTO web page concerning outstanding shares that should be remembered.

3. The fact that the authorization is increased, or decreased, by a
company does not change the 'Float'.

This is true.....

4. No shares can be issued for sale to the public without approval from the SEC.

If this is a true statement!! Has anyone seen a application to the SEC to issue more shares to the float. ANSWER: NOOOOOOOOO.

5. Even though additional shares may be issued for acquisition of
assets, these shares will be restricted according to SEC Rule 144,
unless exempt from SEC Registration.


The key word here is "RESTRICTED"

we shall see.
