GJC, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I unfortunately do not follow OTC BB stocks, so I really don't have any info on this transaction or these companies. I just wanted to tell anyone who was following this thread that I have updated the "Reverse Split" article on The Napeague Letter, and that I am tracking reverse split announcements to try to identify those which have all the ingrediants for a bounce after the implementation.
