I receive an e-bill from MCI-Worldcom which is a direct charge to a credit card. As an incentive for signing up for this online program, MCI-Worldcom gives me frequent flyer miles on top of the miles I accrue from my charge card. The out of state long distance rate is 9 cents/minute M-S and 5 cents/minute on Sunday. The in state (Florida) rate is higher and the calling card rate isn't very good. I receive an e-mail once a month saying that $xx has been charged to my credit card with a link that I can click on to get billing detail. I usually don't even bother to look at the bill unless it looks out-of-line.

I know ckfr has an e-bill pilot with MCI-Worldcom, but are they provding this e-bill service? If not, who is?

In addition, the fact that they allow this to be charged to a credit card where they a paying a percentage to the card issuer is evidence of the cost savings involved with e-bill.
