Elminster,

Thank you for that historical re-cap. The following excerpt raises a question that perhaps someone could answer...

April 11, 1997 (STOCK PRICE: $3.75 on 4-14-97)
In January 1997, DCI applied for Small Cap Nasdaq listing. Daniel Murphy, Vice President of Planning, said that the process can take as long as five months and the company must be patient. Nasdaq is presently awaiting updated audited numbers reflecting the Company's recent acquisitions. Mr. Murphy also stated that the company qualifies for AMEX and is considering application to the London Exchange in recognition of its involvement in the European
community

Could someone provide some commentary or insight regarding that Nasdaq Small Cap listing application? It would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve W.
