guys, does the sec filling come out during market hours or after? I am wondering if most people hold overnight and if there is no announcement, they just sell use the money to trade and then buy back again before the close. Although, the recent stock movement doesn't suggest that. Anyway, does anyone know if the announcement would come when the market if open of close? -five2mil
