Buy and hold "core" but with some intermediate term (from few days to few weeks) speculation. I follow very closely with real time quotes, etc. so get to know a few stocks and comfortable to trade them. Never in and out day-trading. DELL is always a great long term hold but the price movement and volume make it good for short term play. baney
