Fred, earlier in the year, PROG completed a number of acquisitions in Europe and in the US, it took some time to get these into a profitable status (The Dutch division turned profitable only in the last quarter). Those acquisitions also resulted in lower gross margins. These are behind us and the market is going to look at the momentum of increasing sales and earnings, IMHO, and thus my positive outlook on the stock. Zeev
