Hi Fred: Problem was that it wasn't clear, and now I can't find the
link, thought I got it on PCN..maybe I'l find it latter..just the
same the way Steve answered a question made me think usrx has a lot
more to do with AOl than just modems, and AOLs 10q states that they
rent lot of stuff, and if you thread back from the message below
you'l find other links to SEC..AOL has been cooking the earnings
reports but cash is way down, and she might count all the recent
sign ups, but people are calling their credit card cos and getting
it took off..please read all of AOLs 10qs, and carefully,
she sure looks in deep troble to me, 16 downgrades on last firstcall
report, does not expext to show any profit till 98, ( no way she
can ) real loss last quater was out of sight, book value droped
to a 3rd of what it was in june..anyway..if she does run into
money proplems..how is usrx going to collect ?

HI Bob: Lot of Complants about AOL on usenet, not only overcharging,
and not getting online..but the e-mail is being read AND SPAM,
is being inserted into a lot of e-mail, if you happen to be talking
about some company or product it seems they have a bot, that scans
the mail, and injects adds into it ! Some people are not at all
happy finding their e-mail altered, and in such a way, like if I
wrote you to aol, an add may be put in the letter by one of their
robots, but give you the idea that I had sent it. This is going
to open up a whole new can of worms for them.

and thread back..I'm out of my calls Mom AM, and buying more
puts, out in april, and maybe july. IMHO She has to crash.
BTW found some places on usenet, that I'll be sending some of
this to, my stuff only unless I have permission of the writer,
other than the SEC stuff. After that I'm going to question
a couple of mutual funds that have high stakes in her, as
to why..will likly record them too..like I record all deals
and even talks with brokers, as I don't want to mis-quote them <G>
