the question of the product returns is extremely important to me because the problems with product returns following xmas 1997 led to the decline in 1998. TMSR missed one earnings estimate after another. This internet run-up will pop if tmsr can not carry through on its core business of selling products because of low quality which leads to high returns which kills revenues. TMSR can not sustain shareholder value by selling banner ads through its webpage; let's hope TMSR's talk-n-play headsets at least work. My past experience with TMSR makes me doubt this stock is worth $16, especially if the problems of the past are repeating themselves.
