I received a response from the president and founder of ISTV. He seemed very nice and is certainly a creative person. To maintain his privacy, I'm posting only those details appropriate for an on-line forum: President & Founder: Dave Weatherwax VP & Co-Founder: Jenifer Brautigam Contact Information: WKHM Radio: 517-787-9546 www.wkhm.com Company began doing business in August 1998. Business Objective: "We thought that providing an electronic means of marketing on'e music was a niche waiting to be filled, especially for those without web savvy, or start-up resources. So, we did it." ------------------- Well, I'm very impressed with their Web know-how and entrepreneurship! Looks like they have a good team and must be affiliated the WKHM radio station in Jackson, Michigan (certainly not a bad place for start-ups in the music/entertainment industry ... I visited the Motown Museum in Detroit a couple summers ago!). Jackson is about an hour from Detroit, half an hour from Ann Arbor, and an hour from Toledo. Mr. Weatherwax also promised to send me the corporate details in the near future. I requested crucial investor information such as shares authorized, shares outstanding, public float, etc.
