We got the secondary offering - $500 million in new debt to be paid with interest and stock options. That will mean that Amazon will pay out a few years of profits in debt repayment or will dilute the stock sometime in the future when (if) the options are taken. I thought some new financing would be needed.

The analysts will need to go back and recalculate the break-even point for Amazon - this new fincial structure will kick profitability back a bit more.
