Albert,
Hedgeing is an investment strategy. A portfolio can be 1 stock. IBM and Intel are both "leaders". However they both belong to a rather
broad category "tech stocks/sector".
Also I forgot to mention in my previous post that one other factor is the price of Intel puts compared to some other companies put prices, for
the same downsize hedge.
