Netcom will hurt these guys in the near term, and they're being typically elusive as to specific guidance going forward. Organic growth exceeded their expectations, at least that's what they said, but clearly acquisitions are the overriding method of growth. Acquisitions are becoming more expensive and difficult to do on the company's EPS + amortization formula. Churn rate increased on a native MSPG basis as well. They also said that EBITDA YE99 will be lower than YE98.
