janice dear, what i stated was this; * dtc requested negotiation of a stipulation to be dropped from the case in return for the freeze being lifted & the stolen stock retuned. you can refer to isaac montal about this. the negotiation took place when you were claiming qualey & sylver were present at an arbitration hearing between wellrich & aznt. the stipulation was written & presented to dtc who failed to sign off on the negotiated agreement. * 14 jan. dtc was to live up to this previously negotiated agrrement / stipulation. again they did not citing the hardships wholesalers would suffer if the freeze was lifted. * 20 jan. maclean forstrom jackson barristers contacted aznt claiming montal wished to negotiate a "compromise". aznt rejected dtc's compromise. then dtc finally filed an answer to the motion 1/29. we will see the results friday. spider
