Chris, I have been an investor for 10 years and believe the potential for ZE may in fact be as explosive as any stock I have ever researched. This is saying something for a NYSE company. Mutuals and Pensions love to hold this type of issue....look for them to become involved soon. I purchased 1000 sh. at the open (17 3/8) (open was delayed due to stock imbalance). This stock certainly surprised many today with the enthusiastic frenzy of buy volume that continued to escalate through the day. Many made a decision to purchase ZE after reviewing media reports this weekend. Those that waited for a mid-day correction gave up and decided to join the tide.
You should contact this company. I have found that companies are VERY RECEPTIVE to answering pointed questions if they believe you are the media. I spoke to the company this afternoon for 20 minutes after trying to get through for nearly 2 hours (good sign). Their puplic relation people are enthusiastic and fully believe in their products and technology. They believe they are the pacesetter and do not believe they have competition here. Their comment on the rise of their stock is "We are not surprised with the attention and interest of the investment community, our phones have not stopped ringing since our announcement."
I wish to take a moment and thank you as well as the other contributors for my lead in to this company. (Read the Iomega thread and have to admit I thought you were quite immature in some of your postings.....but I could also see you fully believed in the story of ZE...so convincing..... I spent quite some time researching your claims. Although your facts checked out, do try not to be so adment that others shake their dream to follow yours. That's like telling you the girl your in love with is a slut. You won't buy it unless it can be proven.....The run-up of ZE is your proof.....I told you so's are really not needed....your point was made. I also have a large position in IOMG (66 up 6) as part of a well diversified Tech portfoilio. Understand that during this long bull market, many have forgotten how to sell and take profit....myself included. Many of those that own positions in IOMG, because of their romance with the story will still remain with their dream, even if the stock returned to single digits (which WON"T HAPPEN) hoping it will return. They have never experianced a 50% or 75% correction or dive on sudden bad news . (Example - Viratec - 1989.....192 down to 7 in just three short weeks. Many of these recent flyers...PRST, IOMG, EDIT, ZOLT, ASND....I own them all. Hard to take profit when the story and momentum is up, up, up. Companies like ZE that are in a rapid growth phase have defied all fundamentals and have make us all a TON of money. Let's all hope we can get the courage to sell when the time is right. I expect ZE to continue to climb as those that waited to get in (Institutional) start buying tomarrow. This exchange stock is attractive and as profit takers sell there will be others to buy. Primary concern is the big $$$ shorters that will attempt to beat this one down and shake out the faint of heart.
You may have pointed many to another "Once in a lifetime".......there just seems to be a bunch of them lately.
Good Luck,
Neil |
