He's been asking about it. I've been trying myself too, but to no avail. TSIG's Paul Henry didn't return my call. I've requested a copy from the SEC, but haven't heard from them. Maybe, it was never filed? IMO, DD's motives are the same as everyone else's i.e. to make a buck and if you look at his guess for the contest even he was overly optimistic ( barring some major turnaround in the next day or two ) on TSIG's stock price action.
