DD unquestionably has unsavory motives in regard to TSIG. His name reflects the location of his mind--in the dirt.

However, it is time for the company to make clear the terms of the PP and end all this speculation. If it has indeed been filed with the SEC as they claim (which I have no reason to doubt), then it is public and the company should make it available to shareholders.
