Jumped over here on a tip from bargainstocker.

Their web page looks great. I listened to all of the artists
that submitted their work and they all sound pretty cool. As for
competition, I see GDNO which trades at $8.00 but they use MP3
format. If ISTV did some advertising, they could do tons more
business. I know of at least 5 bands here in San Diego that are
trying to get noticed and this would be another great tool to do
that. I'm in this morning at 1/64 also had to split my order to
get filled. If this has a small float, we could be in at the
ground floor.
