It certainly was not good news.... OUCH! The only good news is that AMEX will not immediately drop the listing. I understand that the process can take many months and the company will have some time to come in to compliance and avoid being delisted. Thus, IF (and only if) Bud can get the company into the black by mid-year and show the company is then (or about to be) in compliance, all will work out to the benefit of the company and shareholders.

I am putting in to buy more to buy more at .75 and hope I can get them to dollar cost average down. They say not to try to catch falling knives, but I do believe at that price it will not be falling, but lying on its side ready to be picked up and just hope that I am correct in that assumption.

Now, if the class action suit lawyers (vultures) sitting in the trees do not swoop down to pick at the bones... Do not see a case there however as the insiders have not been selling in advance, the action was independent of the company, and there is no pot of gold to chase after, plus the company was known as a turnaround situation. To me, the situation was just about to be resolved in the first quarter of 1999. If I am on track with this, the stock at .75 would make my year.

I feel the pain of many large stockholders, especially those who are far overweighted here and very short on funds. It is quite a hit.
But all is not lost. We may have hit bottom with a bang with nowhere to go but up.... (a silent prayer here).
