I would imagine that short sellers are piling on in droves. It will probably boil down to whether people actually believe in this company or just want to ride it for the quick buck. There are good things happening fundamentally with this company regardless of the Internet hype. Far as I can tell this web portal news is nothing more than a, "I'll put a link on my webpage if you'll put a link on mine," kind of thing. Ultimately, it will take a lot more than that to keep the price rising on this stock. That's why I bought in yesterday. I think this company is growing itself just fine, with or without the Internet.
