A possible answer to the run up of NRID. MSNBC article indicates a great deal of fraud since Jan 1 in Nasdaq penny stocks. They cover a couple of stocks that have gone from nothing to $13 or $42. Morgan Stanley researched these problems. Go to MSNBC -- it is a lead article.
