If XOMA resorts to a floorless convertible I will seek out a class action lawyer. Not a threat. A simple statement of fact. There is no real or meaningful protection that can be built in.

There are other methods of financing. They have tried the floorless convertibles and while at times it has worked it has not been good for XOMA as a whole.

Let them know you think the idea sucks, if you think it does.

Also, when the trial ends and XOMA knows the total number of deaths, this information should be released to shareholders. I do understand that the unblinded information is not released for 10 days for deaths and a full 90 days for all endpoints. I expect unblinded information on deaths when XOMA has it. There is no reason to not release it as others will have it and be able to trade on their information.

BTW what is your source, i.e. trigger for the above.
