Wrong Obviously you didn't do your research well - If you took the time to read the filing you would know that the debt you refer to in the book will disappear after the IPO (UPC's Debt which the IPO will more than get rid of in the 1.25 Billion offering) - if you look at the post IPO value of the company you must include its interest in UPC which will be 63% - that's 77 million shares - at the IPO price of about $30 -- do the math - its worth much more than the current price. If there is any other appreciation in the IPO it's worth that much more not taking into account the other part of the company (aisia and SA). Don't just talk about numbers that are meaningless - use the post IPO numbers and make an rational argument - the one you made does not make sense and certainly the fact that the stock has gone up so it must be a short now is not very sound.

The run up has not even begun - How much are you short and what price - put your money where your mouth is and we will see on Feb 11.

This is not some two bit IPO being supported by some unknown house
