Richard, I am not a lawyer and I'm no expert on public disclosure laws, but it seems that PRLN would be in real trouble if they are hounded by the SEC. If they do not issue a press release prior to the meeting and if they are hounded by the SEC they could be killed by lawyers fees even if what they said at the meeting IS legally defensible. I am not advocating that PRLN should be excused if they release exciting news at the meeting before releasing it to the
rest of us. However, I would hope that you withhold your complaint to the SEC. It's possible your complaint could destroy the company just as its getting ready to take off. (I hope it's about to take off anyway.) Tell me, if you complain to the SEC are you also going to sell PRLN short?
