Hi Bennett, I'm not an expert TA person, but I do watch the charts on my stocks. I assume by a pennant formation your looking over a one year time span. I don't know if this would classify as a true pennant formation. If you take a look at the one year RACE chart you can see the pennant formation we broke out of in the 9 to 10 dollar range a few months back. I think with IDEC we are digesting that big price move a year ago, as Brad has previosly stated. When I looked at Friday's intraday chart it reminded me of a similar move on Friday with RACE before one of its breakouts. Of course with RACE we seldom get news and its always after the fact. I agree with you on the purchase of IDEC over Coulter and it appears the market agrees too. Have a good evening, Don
