Graham,

You may not be up to date on Cott, Nichols was removed from the top job at Cott in December. Many, including myself agree with you, he was self-serving. The stock jumped when his removal was announced.

Check out the fundamentals and technicals, earnings are rising as is trading activity. If that doesn't convince you, First Marathon has just upgraded Cott to a buy. A one year target of $18 is what I'm looking for.

Option activity should pick up as the stock continues it's rise. I have just added to my stock position. The stock can be volatile because it is thinly traded, so option pricing is not attractive. I'd be looking at writing, rather than buying options. Although for now I prefer simply holding the stock outright. You're not going to make fast money on this one, but it should beat the market in the coming months.

Cheers !!!
