Unfortunatly Clinton is guilty of nothing except adultery, and that charge cannot be judged in a court of law...only God or whomever can judge him later for his faults. We have no right in that law. Unfortunatly many people dont know how law works and "sexual relations" in law means "sexual intercourse" which he didnt have. If this was a regular case in any other judicial situation it would be thrown out. But because of Republican "cronies" this is an attempt to "dirty" his name as well as Al Gore's for the next upcoming election as well as spending huge amounts of democratic funding for defense lawyers. Unfortunatly again for the Republican party we see that several of it more moderate members are switching party affiliations because of their disgust with the party. I have seen this happaen to my aunt who has been a diehard republican for over 30 years.

And there is a reason why there is a difference between Nixon and Clinton, Nixon's motivation was to one-side the next election...like the Republicans are trying to do now. Clinton was just horney for ugly women. He hurt no one but himself and his family in the process. Where Nixon was hurting the whole nation by making the next election unfair as well as being an accomplice in breaking and entering.
