I do not use ETrade. I had an account with Pacific Brokerage Service long before I had ever heard of ETrade. Years back PBS was one of the lowest priced brokers I could find ($29). Since them they have initiated on line trading, and they seem to be just getting better! If you trade via internet, the cost is $15 for up to 5000 shares. They take stop loss, limit, margin orders. I like um......
To get the application go to tradepbs.com.
They also have very good commission structure for options too.
