GaAs will be held back, apparently forever, by very low density capabilities compared with CMOS. In fact, CMOS speed improvement, with 0.18 and 0.13 on the horizon, is accelerating, Moore's law will have to be rewritten (tweaked), and the need for Gallium should go away. What does this mean for Vitesse? Will it hurt it's business? (I own more VTSS than RMBS!)
