For the life of me I can not understand how some of the people on this board come up with the figure they have came up with. The company press release stated that the land for sale is for $96 million they never said that there total land value is $96 million. Now the most recent press release stated that they did not include there timber land in this sale. Now anyone with a brand can figure that the timber land is more valuable than the land they put up for sale. Now all we have to do is figure out what timber producing land sale for in Brazil then we can come up with a total value of land the company will have after selling 75% of there land for the $96 million
