DCY, Please let me know what your question is regarding the number of outstanding shares. I am not sure I understand.
You initially stated: "I believe that is 4,152,262 million more outstanding and 2,600,000 more in the float."
More than WHAT/WHEN? You statement makes no sense without more information.
In your next message you stated: "It indicates the apparent change in number of shares outstanding as occurring on 11/23/98."
What does that an "apparent change in number of shares outstanding as occurring on 11/23/98" mean exactly? Is it the equivalent of saying that you think 4.1 million new shares were issued on 11/23/98? The independently audited 10Q filing on Nov 13, 1998 states otherwise: "As of November 12, 1998, of the issuer's Common Stock, $.0001 par value, there were 57,527,738 shares outstanding."
According to the 10Q, the current number of outstanding shares is the same as the number on Nov 12, 1998.
If you have any other questions, let me know and I will try to help. Also, please try to state your question more clearly if at all possible. Thanks!

<<< 01/27/99 TSIG now showing 57,530,000 shares outstanding with a 36,200,000 float. I believe that is 4,152,262 million more outstanding and 2,600,000 more in the float. Could this be our answer to the PP question? I am comparing these numbers to the numbers in our TSIG tread header. DCY LOOOOONG TSIG >>> <<< These numbers come from 01/27/99 Market Guide report. It indicates the apparent change in number of shares outstanding as occurring on 11/23/98. At that time the report shows the then share price of .19. >>> |
