I don't buy that no margin allowed business Why not? If your lender (brokerage) thinks it is a bad risk they should have every right to deny the loan. I don't think the fed should poke it's nose into this business though. I don't really put AMZN with scam stocks they refuse to margin, but they should be allowed to limit their risk if they want to.
