Dhandle on silicon is so reckless with info. There are about 40 million fully diluted. There is no issuing of 15 million. It would be great if people wouldn't be so reckless. I know who handle is and for him to make such a comment and is bullish is absolutely ridiculous. Know wonder he couldn't make it as a broker. Next time you have a comment Handle pick up the phone and ask the company. I forgot ACTV doesn't have a too-free number. I question your motive here.
