<<<The first time ZAP announced they put up a portal page. They last time they announced it was just that -- an announcement to put up another portal page. It's the portal page you gotta wait for before you see the bump in stock, which can't be too long in coming. >>>

Unfortunately the portal page was good hype but it didn't last long. The stock was on the way down long before their break from their supposed internet strategy. What really is annoying is that the whole focus is on stock inclination and not on any sort of sound business plan to generate revenue.

<<<Apart from the promised portal page and/or whatever, ZAP is trading pretty close to book value at the moment. If you're too depressed, do a click on company profile in Yahoo and then look under Management Effectiveness for the trailing 12 months. 28.3 under Return on Assets, and 40.47 under Return on Equity. Those aren't shabby numbers by anyone's standards.>>>

And most everyone would tend to agree with you. Unfortunately Zap for the most part has had good numbers for years but little stock appreciation. What kills their bottom line is that they are mired in a public relations nightmare and it's not likely to change right away.

<<<ZAP also has little debt and muy millions in the bank. I'd give 'em one more chance, but it's your money. Do your own DD.>>>

I might consider it if the the whole thing didn't appear to be anything more than a magnificent con. It's been over a month and there hasn't been a single news story that describes in even the briefest detail how they intend to enter the i'net. I find it no mere coincidence that they made a re-entry announcement after about 50 lawsuits were filed against them. As it stands they dump a multitude of good sites and keep "Word" and "Charged"...two truly useless sites that generate nothing but losses and sell nothing but content that is boring and unintelligent. But it's your money....
