As a shareholder, I have E-Mailed CNPGF several times during the past month asking for any information they may have on Ivanhoe or any other matters of importance. This is a response that I just received from Karyn Bachert of CNPGF: 1/27/99 "Cornucopia still holds a 25% interest in the Ivanhoe Joint Venture which is being operated by Great Basin Gold. In view of the fact that it will be difficult to raise capital to maintain this level of interest, management is reviewing several options to sustain shareholder value without relinquishing the Ivanhoe association. It is expected that we will be able to make an announcement within one month." A. Milligan President
