Re:SEC, they will respond if there is a cost, otherwise just watch your mailbox. This is a governmental agency, not some cyber fast service co like disclosure.com. It is public info that's why you are going to be able to get a copy of it. Call the sec & ask them why these type of filing's are not available on Edgar....I don't set their policy. JC
