Sounds like the Republican Thugs are begging the Democrats to let them out of this without a lot of embarrassment! Perhaps the Republicans would like us to forget what they did to us in Somalia, or how they have persecuted innocent citizens in their unAmerican political attempt to overthrow a democratically elected President. Sure, Clinton was wrong in deceiving the public and his friends, but these Republican radicals would've tried to impeach Clinton for Jaywalking! This trial is over. The Republicans should get off their knees and admit that they have wronged this country! But, of course, it may be difficult for the Republicans to tell the truth. All we liberals and moderates want to hear is the truth. But, sadly, we won't get it from the Republicans. Next up: The Trial of the Millennium, The American Voter versus the Republican Party, coming in the year 2000!
