Hmmmmm. Called Paul Henry just now and what do you know...he answered the phone 1st ring. I asked him the all important PP question, this has not been filed yet but will be.The shares can be sold but are not being sold. The discount is nothing close to what DD said, in fact much less. The shares when & if they are sold are subject to all the proper filings 144 etc.. Paul assured me that he will be returning every ones phone calls shortly. He encouraged any one to call who would like. He is very busy but will find time for all.
The PP question is not as big a deal as we would "like" to think, the share price is in a slump but will fly soon. If it goes up to .40 or .50 today would you sell? not me so I don't care what it is doing now. I am looking to the future with TSIG. As soon as rev.'s are PR we will see the much anticipated northern hike.
